Team Oz is off to a great start to 2014 at the HITS Thermal Desert Circuit! Congratulations to everyone on their success so far. Here are some highlights from Week I:
EMILY PERKINS set the tone with her championship in the 12 – 13 Equitation division, winning three of the four division classes, and STEPHANIE VON GORTLER was a rock star in her respective age group of the Adult Equitation on her way to earning Reserve Champion in the division!
ANGELIQUE, owned by STAR-STUDDED, LLC and piloted by Jeff, won a Level 3 class and clinched the Championship in the division.
LESLIE COX proved to be a dominant competitor in the Adult Jumpers, winning the Championship ribbon aboard MUSKETEER, and also earning top placing with CASSIUS.
MEGAN O’CONNELL had a very successful first outing with her BASILIO, placing 1st and 2nd in the 2’ Child/Adult Jumper division. On to bigger and better things for these two!
