The Spring National Hunter show in Monroe Washington is one of the major, prestigious competitions in the Pacific NW. Oz horses and riders were brilliant!<\/p>\n
Here are the highlights:<\/p>\n
Lexie Grant<\/strong> was the Leading Children’s Hunter Rider<\/strong> and is leading the NW Standings for the World Champion Hunter Rider Children’s<\/strong> division.<\/p>\n Madison Cameron<\/strong> was the Leading Junior Hunter Rider<\/strong> and is leading the NW Standings for the World Champion Hunter Rider Junior<\/strong> division.<\/p>\n Tara Niculescu<\/strong> is leading the NW Standings for the World Champion Hunter Rider Emerging Professional<\/strong> division.<\/p>\n Shelley Campf<\/strong>\u00a0 is leading the NW Standings for the World Champion Hunter Rider Professional<\/strong> division.<\/p>\n The horses were great too:<\/p>\n Kohala<\/strong>, owned by Stephanie Haralabatos and ridden by Shelley Campf were\u00a0Champion Green Conformation and Reserve Champion Small Hunter<\/p>\n Greyscale<\/strong>, owned by Maggie Dennis and ridden by Shelley Campf were Reserve Champion Green Conformation<\/p>\n Night Song<\/strong>, owned by Erica Hass and ridden by Tara Niculescu swept the division to be named\u00a0Champion Pre-Green 3\u20193. Night Song also won the\u00a0Adult 18 -39\u00a0 under saddle.<\/p>\n Legatus<\/strong>, owned by Merlin and Associates and ridden by Madison Cameron swept the division to be named\u00a0 Champion Junior Hunter 16 \u2013 17. Madison was also\u00a0Champion Equitation 16 \u2013 17 equitation, won the USEF Medal and the\u00a0USEF\u00a0Talent Search. The duo also topped the field in the WCHR Handy Hunter Challenge! Madison and ‘Davey’ won every class they were entered in except for the ASPCA Maclay where she placed 2nd.\u00a0 What a show!!
