Spring National Hunter – April 7 – 12, 2015

The cool weather and green trees in Oregon were welcome changes coming back from a couple months in the desert. We were all glad to have some down time, but now we’re ready to kick off the Northwest show season with the Spring National Hunter in Monroe!

Let’s start with the special awards presented at the show: Shelley was awarded Leading Professional Hunter Rider and the Braid Laird Perpetual Trophy; STEPHANIE VON GORTLER earned the title of Leading Adult Amateur Hunter Rider; EMILY PERKINS’ NEW ENGLAND won the prestigious Betty Heisly Trophy for the best overall Green Working Hunter. Nice job, everyone 🙂
